• Coordinating and managing Club meetings including • Location, format and time • the speaker program, including My Story presentations • Quarterly evening meetings with high profile speakers • Vocational visits • Weekly duties roster • Production of club bulletin • Coordinating important internal club events and catering throughout the year such as Change-Over, Christmas party and the New Year BBQ • Organising a program of social events for Club members throughout the year, in liaison with the Kardinia Rotary Women’s Group. • Club apparel • Club container
