Training for Presidents Elect shall be held in Halls Gap at Comfort Inn Country Plaza , 141 Grampians Road, Halls Gap 3381  ph 03 5356 4344 on Sunday 25th October. ( www.countryplazahallsgap.com.au ) commencing at 9.30am.

Accommodation is available at your own expense at the venue if you would like to  stay for the weekend or part thereof. You can phone the venue on 03 5356 4344 or make a reservation direct by email : reservations@countryplazahallsgap.com.au. A special rate has been organised , so please advise the venue that you are part of the Rotary President Elect weekend.

Breakfast is also available as an optional extra if required at the venue. A Continental Breakfast shall cost $15.00 per head and a Full Buffet Breakfast shall cost $25.00 per head. If you would like to take up either option please make a booking when you arrive and check in.

For those arriving on the Saturday , you are invited to meet at the Halls Gap Pub for a casual evening meal and have a chance to meet the rest of Team 2016-17.

Scroll down to the Register Me tab , change details if required then click confirm. If you have a partner attending , please continue to the next tab ( Guest ) and enter details then confirm. 

Please proceed to the Pay Online section - PayPal direct payment is NOT yet available , however details for cheque payments and Direct Banking details ( BSB and Account Number ) is shown in this section.
